Blue Movement
At PortBlue Hotel Group we want to give visibility to the local culture, customs and traditions as unique features to show our guests. To this end, we encourage buying from local producers, and we collaborate with local artists for the display and sale of artworks and handcrafted items in our hotels.
We strive to implement our Equality Plan in all areas of our operation, with corporate policies to facilitate equality of opportunity, a good working environment and team spirit. We also implement professional training programmes for the personal and professional development of our employees.
We are members of the Xarxa d’Hotels Sostenible de Balears, a network of hotels committed to responsible tourism, which join forces and exchange experiences. We have established partnerships with several educational centres to provide practical training in our hotels.
We encourage participation in World Days related to the environment and nature, in order to raise awareness of the need for their protection.
